Fastrailticketing is a function customers can use to check the status of their special delivery tickets.
Customers can click on a link www.fastrailticketing.com/southern and enter their online 8 character booking reference number.This will then be matched against a database and given a unique Royal Mail Track and Trace number. Customers can then go straight to the Royal Mail site (there is no need to re-enter the tracking number) and the status of the delivery will be shown (including electronic proof of delivery where available).
