Southern has a duplicate season policy. For season tickets purchased online through WebTIS, you can apply for a duplicate at ANY Southern station.

Whilst waiting for your application to be processed you will need to buy extra tickets to cover your journeys. You are able to obtain refunds for those tickets at any Southern station.
